Quality.
We only buy specialty grade beans that are Q graded from 85 points and upwards, but very importantly, all are sustainably produced and ethically sourced, as we believe that everyone in the supply chain should be generously awarded for their hard work and efforts, especially the producers.
We are also constantly investing in ourselves to be able to produce the most consistent and flavourful product possible which is evident in each and every roast that brings out the absolute best expression of every coffee we roast - that’s our commitment to you!

Transparency.
For every coffee in our portfolio, we have full information about both the producer and production of coffee.
We are constantly developing our knowledge and expertise and in our thirst for knowledge travelled to Honduras in June 2017 for the Project Origin Late Harvest Auction & Nicaragua in Jan 2019 for a coffee farming course to learn the origins of coffee from seed to cup. That’s dedication and passion to ones craft.
